Hey you...yes can be a blogger if you follow these instructions from A to Z.

What is Blogging?:

Now I simply start from A Blog. What is a Blog?
A blog is a post which we write on a website.
Yes on website. That is why we creat a website by purchasing a domain name and Hosting. 

Free Blogging:

Now a person who reads about domain name and hosting does not understand what is domain name or hosting and is it worth of purchasing or not? That is why people make blog for free on blogger, wordpress or wix. 
If you want online earning than you have to purchase these two things from good authentic websites.

Paid blogging:

If you want to earn money then it is better to purchase domain and hosting plans from Godaddy , Bluehost and Hostgator. Bluehost is recommended by wpbegginer and wordpress. Bluehost gives you handsome ammount of purchasing. And goddady and hostgator also gives bloggers a decent year or monthly plans. If you are Pakistani and wanted to start a paid plan program for earning than these trio websites cost maximum 15,000 rupees for one year. These websites are highly recommended by all bloggers or other websites.

Blogger or Wordpress:

After purchasing plans from one of these websites, then it will ask you to install wordpress or Blogger for making pro website. It is your choice what platform you choice to make your website. 
I recommend you to install wordpress for blogging. Because it has many features to apply and plugins. But blogger has less features and keep his user restrict in some matters.
Wordpress is highly used by professional bloggers.

What you are blogging for?

If you are a student, or a office going person or a house wife and you wanted to earn money online then you must select your niche about blogging. There are some niche of blogging.

Write your 1st post:

After finding you correct niche and making your website then be ready because it is time for you to write your first post. 
go to your post￫click on creat new post.
Write your first post with full confidence at least 500 to 800 words. search your right keyword on google, collect the material from other bloggers but don 't copy them just take an idea from them. I will tell you on my next blog why you should not copy other content from google. After complete your research, you can write your good post.

Submit your post:

After writing, submit your post to wordpress. And look to your web post how it looks like. Continue writing, don 't give up and preview your blogs it helps you to understand your mistakes and makes you a  professional blogger.

Share you blog:

After submitting your post, go to view tab and view your blog post. There you can share your blog to social media like facebook, twitter and pinterest to engage a huge traffic directly to your blog. I will tell you in my next blog that how to promote your blog post on social media.
